SPH believe that early exposure to high-quality preschool is beneficial to young children. A stimulating preschool gives children the opportunity to learn, share, socialise risks and acquire important foundations for learning and for life. Children who have been enrolled in high-quality Pre-Kindy programs enter Kindergarten with better vocabularies and more advanced pre-reading and math skills than children who don’t.

SPH specially and carefully designed the program to meet the different aspects of a young child’s development. Through structured play, children enhance body coordination and gross motor skills which are very important as they explore their surroundings. This increases their confidence to try new things and improves their balance and overall body coordination. To enhance fine motor skills, custom made toys from interesting household materials are designed to promote pre-writing and pre-reading skills.

  1. Mom & Child

Mom & Child program is a specially designed class to find the joy in nurturing and discovering. SPH believes strong emotional attachment between a mother and her baby is the essential key in child development process.

  1. Pre-Kindy

SPH's Pre-Kindy program is the first step to stimulating & enjoyable learning, through strategically-planned playful challenges & orchestrated social opportunities.

  1. Kindergarten

The K1 - K3 is a foundational path by preparing them for independent & interdependent actions. SPH wish to provoke thinking & capacity in their young brains. Children’s well-being & confidence will be developed in learning skills and concepts.

  • Junior School

Primary Year Program or PYP (Grade 1-6) is a comprehensive approach to teaching and learning, with an international curriculum model that provides the guideline for what students should learn, a teaching methodology and assessment strategies. It offers a framework that meets spiritual, academic, social, physical, emotional and cultural needs. It serves as an excellent introduction to the Middle Years Program; however, neither is a prerequisite for the Diploma Program.

  • Senior School
  1. Middle Years Program

MYP provides a framework of academic challenge and life skills for students aged 12-16 years. It follows naturally from the Primary Years Program and serves as an excellent preparation for the rigours of studies in the IB Diploma Program. The program provides students not only with discipline, skills and challenging standards but also with creativity and flexibility.

  1. Diploma Program

DP is offered in Year 11 and 12 at all of SPH K-12 schools. This is an internationally recognised program with academic standards that give students access to universities world wide. Although this program employs a common curriculum internationally, IB requires “all students to relate first to their own national identity-their own language, literature, history, and cultural heritage and identity with the corresponding traditions of other.” Conceived as a comprehensive two-year curriculum it allows graduates to fulfil requirements of various international educational systems.
